Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the PR Season app and website, provided by EGGHEAD Engineering Inc. By using PR Season you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Not medical advice. Lift safely.
PR Season is a training-log companion. Estimated one-rep maxes, PRs, standings and every other number in the app are for motivation and information only. They are not medical, health or coaching advice, and estimates can be wrong. Strength training carries a risk of injury. Warm up, use good form, use a spotter or safety equipment for heavy lifts, and never attempt a weight because an app or a league says you should. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing an exercise program. You train at your own risk.
Your account
The app creates an anonymous account tied to your device. You are responsible for what you post under your display name. Keep display names respectful: no impersonation, hate, harassment or sexual content. League owners can remove members, and we may remove names, reactions, leagues or accounts that break these terms.
Leagues and fair play
League standings are based on data you import or read from your health app. Don't upload data you didn't lift. There are no prizes or money involved, and PR Season is not responsible for disputes between league members.
Subscriptions
- PR Season Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, sold monthly or yearly through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at its end unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends; any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Manage or cancel in your store settings: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of your workout data. You give us permission to store and display the league data you choose to share, only to run the leagues you belong to. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how to delete it.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it, access other users' data, get around rate limits or subscription checks, or use PR Season for anything unlawful.
Third-party services
Imports from Hevy, Strong, Apple Health and Health Connect depend on those services and their export formats, which can change. PR Season is not affiliated with them.
Disclaimers and liability
PR Season is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EGGHEAD Engineering Inc. is not liable for any injury, indirect or consequential damages, or lost data arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. You can stop using PR Season and delete your data at any time from Settings → Delete everything.
